4-Week Resiliency Training Poster

The Indigenous Sport, Physical Activity and Recreation Council (I∙SPARC) are pleased to present this 4-Week Athlete Resiliency Training Course led by the Athlete Wellness Academy together with two of our Team BC NAIG volleyball coaches.

ATHLETES FROM ALL SPORTS WELCOME!

This virtual series is being launched Monday October 25 and will consist of an Introduction webinar, followed by a Final webinar on Monday November 22.

Male and Female Indigenous youth athletes (First Nations, Métis, Inuit), ages 13 through 19 are invited to participate.

Program Description:

This training guides athletes step-by-step by delivering strategies to enhance:

-Movement (Week 1)
-Nourishment (Week 2)
-Recovery (Week 3)
-Mindset (Week 4)

All of which, will be at your own pace with unlimited access to coaches, trainers and mentors. Information and details around this program will commence at the Week 1 Training Webinar on Monday October 25.
