Archery Zone Trials scheduled for 2020 BC Winter Games

Indigenous athletes who want to take a shot at competing in archery at the Fort St. John 2020 BC Winter Games (Feb. 20-23, 2020) will have their opportunity as the Zone Trials are set to take place.

Eligible athletes are born in 2003, 2004 and 2005 and must be a BC Archery member at the time of the Zone Trials and at the Games. Athletes must wear an armguard for both the Zone Trials and the Games. For more information click here.

Zone 1 trials

Dec. 1, 2019 at 2279 Cranbrook St. (basement of the Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce)
Practice starts at 10:30 a.m.
Scoring starts at 11 a.m.
Registered 18M Round (60 arrows)
Pre-registration required by emailing or by Monday, Nov. 25, 2019
Cost: $15

Zone 2 trials

Dec. 1, 2019 at 5856 Cessna St. in Oliver (SOSA Archers – cadet hanger)
Check-in at 11 a.m.
Practice and scoring start at 11:30 a.m. (bring snacks or lunch)
Registered 18M Round (60 arrows)
Pre-register by Nov. 29 by emailing

Zone 3 trials

Dec. 1, 2019 at Camp Luther 9311 Shook Road in Mission (STARR Archery Indoor venue)
Check-in and equipment inspection from 11 to 11:30 a.m.
First scoring arrow at noon
Bonus Match Play event starts at 2:45 p.m.

Check-in at 9 a.m.
Practice at 9:30 a.m.
Scoring starts at 10 a.m. and finishes approximately 1 p.m.
