Archery Zone Trials scheduled for 2020 BC Winter Games

Indigenous athletes who want to take a shot at competing in archery at the Fort St. John 2020 BC Winter Games (Feb. 20-23, 2020) will have their opportunity as the Zone Trials are set to take place.

Eligible athletes are born in 2003, 2004 and 2005 and must be a BC Archery member at the time of the Zone Trials and at the Games. Athletes must wear an armguard for both the Zone Trials and the Games. For more information click here.

Zone 4 trials

Nov. 24, 2019 at 5000 Harper Rd., in Coquitlam (Port Coquitlam and District Hunting and Fishing Club)
Check-in at 9 a.m.
Practice at 9:30 a.m.
Scoring starts at 10 a.m. (first half, 30 arrows – 10 ends)
Event ends at 12:15 p.m.

Cost: $5 (pay by cash at the event)

Zone 5 trials

Nov. 24, 2019 at 150-6851 Elmbridge Way, in Richmond (Richmond Archery Club)
Check-in and equipment inspection at 8:30 a.m.
Practice starts at 9 a.m.
First scoring arrow at 9:30 a.m.
