The Indigenous Sport, Physical Activity & Recreation Council – Fraser Region – is pleased to present a one-day Canoe camp for Indigenous youth (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) hosted in partnership with Shxw’owhamel First Nation and CanoeKayak BC.

This development camp is open to youth ages 8-17. These camps provide participants with the opportunity to try out Canoeing in a fun and safe environment. The camp will be facilitated by NCCP certified coaches.

Tuesday, July 16th
10AM-2PM

The camp will take place on the traditional territory of the Sto:lo people and will be held at the following venue:

Kawkawa Lake
Hope, British Columbia V0X 1L1

All equipment will be provided. Please bring your swimsuit, a towel, a hat, and sunscreen.
Please bring your own water bottle.
