The Indigenous Sport, Physical Activity & Recreation Council – Fraser Region – is pleased to present the Indigenous Athlete Winter Fitness Program for Indigenous youth (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) hosted in partnership with Scowlitz First Nation and CanoeKayak BC.

Are you an Indigenous athlete age 10-17 living in the Fraser Region? Join us once a month this winter for free fitness testing, an introduction to a strength and conditioning program, and basic dry-land training! All fitness levels are welcome!

Open to all Indigenous youth (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) ages 10-17

Three Saturdays:
January 26th February 23rd March 23rd

10AM-3PM

Free Lunch Provided

The camp will take place on the traditional territory of the Coast Salish people and will be held at the following venue:

Scowlitz First Nation
12892 Moses Dr,
Lake Errock, BC

All equipment will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes.
Please bring your own water bottles
