Webinar Description

Integrating the values of inclusion into your coaching philosophy can have a major impact on individual athletes but what about team performance? In this session, we discuss fostering an inclusive climate as a method for athletes to bring their true self to your team culture and enabling athletes to perform their best as a unit. Whether you coach groups of individual athletes or a team sport, an inclusive climate will help strengthen team cohesion and create a team culture of acceptance, high performance, and most of all, fun!
