For those of you who haven’t tried it before, Pound is a great way to move our bodies using drumsticks, release stress and is adaptable to any fitness level. Best of all, it is FUN!

What you will need
- Computer/laptop with Webcam/Microphone use
- Internet access
- Drumsticks or other banging utensil such as wooden spoons. You can also use your hands!
- Yoga mat or towel
- Comfortable loose clothing to move in, water and a face towel
- Your inner rock star!
