The Indigenous Sport, Physical Activity & Recreation Council – Fraser Region – is pleased to present a ringette sport development camp for Indigenous youth (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) hosted in partnership with Skwah First Nation and the Chilliwack Ringette Association.

These three sessions of the sport development camp are open to any Indigenous youth in British Columbia and will introduce the sport of ringette in a safe and non-contact environment.

Participants need no previous experience. Skate and Helmet rentals will be provided by Skwah First Nation Child & Youth Program. Bring a water-bottle and plenty of enthusiasm! The camp will be delivered by members of the Chilliwack Ringette Association.

Open to all Indigenous youth (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) ages 10-18

Tuesday December 3rd, 10th, and 17th (THREE SESSIONS)

The camp will take place on the traditional territory of the Stó:lō people and will be held at the following venue:

Sardis Sports Complex Rink #1
5725 Tyson Rd, Chilliwack, BC V2R 3R6

*If a ride to the venue is needed, pickups and dropoffs will be provided at Skwah First Nation Band Office. Please contact Elia Julian to confirm if you need transportation*

All equipment will be provided. Please wear warm and comfortable clothing.
Please bring your own water bottle.
