Soccer with Cowichan Tribes

The Indigenous Sport, Physical Activity & Recreation Council is pleased to present a multi-week soccer sport development camp for Indigenous youth (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) hosted in partnership with Cowichan Tribes.

This 6 session sport development camp is open to youth ages 6+ and will introduce the sport of soccer for beginners and skill build for athletes who have some experience.

The camp will be delivered by NIFA co-founder/Head Coach and Recreation Director at Cowichan Tribes: Dano Thorne.

The camp will take place on the traditional territory of the Quw’utsiun People and will be held at the following venue:

GENERAL INFO

All soccer equipment will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes and bring your own water bottle.
