The Indigenous Sport, Physical Activity & Recreation Council – Fraser Region – is pleased to present a Wrestling Camp for Indigenous youth (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) hosted in partnership with the Seabird Island Band.

This camp is open to youth ages 6-18 who want to learn the basics of wrestling, or expand on wrestling skills. The camp will be facilitated by NCCP certified coaches Oliver Vajda and Matthew McCartie.

Open to all Indigenous youth (First Nations, Inuit, Métis)

Monday November 18th
Ages 6 to 10 will run from 10AM-12PM
Ages 11 to 18 will run from 12:30PM-2:30PM

The camp will take place on the traditional territory of the Sto:lo people and will be held at the following venue:

Seabird Island Community School
2821 Chowat Rd, Agassiz, BC V0M 1A0

Snacks will be provided. Please wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
