Live virtual program led by Athlete Wellness Academy and featuring Team BC NAIG volleyball coaches Jeff Ross and Samantha Horth as mentors. Athletes from other sport disciplines are welcome to join.

Indigenous Sport, Physical Activity and Recreation Council (I·SPARC), along with its partner, Volleyball BC, are pleased to present this free six-week Athlete Resiliency Training Course.

The live, virtual program is led by Athlete Wellness Academy and features Team BC NAIG volleyball coaches Jeff Ross and Samantha Horth as mentors. This series commences Tuesday, Feb. 16 and will consist of weekly sessions (every Tuesday from 5:45-6:45 p.m.) for a total of six weeks (ending March 23).

Male and Female Indigenous youth athletes (First Nations, Métis, Inuit) ages 13 to 19 are invited to participate.

While it’s in partnership with Volleyball BC, athletes from all sport disciplines are eligble to register.
