Re: Junior All Native Tournament
I provide this message of encouragement for all who are involved with supporting our young athletes to prepare for and play in the Junior All Native Tournament.
To the players, you are to be commended for your dedication to your sport and your team. Remember you are an ambassador for your community, and keep in mind and practice Respect for your coaches, volunteers, officials, and your opponents. You will have amazing opportunities with your team, do your best and enjoy this time in your life.
To the coaches and volunteers, you are to be congratulated for you tireless efforts to support the players. You are investing in the lives of the players; you can make a huge difference in the positive growth of the players and in their opportunities.
As president of I·SPARC, I am proud of all who step up to support our youth and hope that your dedication and commitments can continue. As well, I encourage you to continue the work to the potential to try out for next round of try outs for Team BC to represent our province for the next North American Indigenous Games.
