I·SPARC and the Vancouver Whitecaps FC are pleased to be partnering up with the You Can Play Project, and offering an innovative educational program built for coaches, by coaches, with a sport-specific focus on real-world situations and challenges; offering coaches tools and resources to ensure your team is welcome to every athlete.

The words and the approach
An Athlete Coming Out, being prepared
Locker Room/Gathering Spaces
Social Media – For your team, and dealing with athlete issues
Symbols & Signals – Includes pronoun discussion And much more!
Workshop attendees also receive Stadium Tour plus ticket to the evening’s match: Whitecaps vs. Houston Dynamo.

ELIGIBILITY:
Registration is open to coaches, community leaders who work directly with Indigenous athletes, must be aged 16+ with a course capacity of 60 people max.
