🏀✨Calling All Coaches & Community Leaders! Become A Basketball Official! 🏀✨

I·SPARC is seeking new coaches for
National Officials Certification Program (NOCP1) 🏀
Interested Coaches may be asked to join as officials for this year’s Junior All Native Tournament
📅 Date: March 1st, 2026
📍 Where: TFN Youth Centre 9-3:30 PM
2300 Falcon Way, Tsawwassen First Nation, BC, V4M 4G4.
This impactful training focuses on:
🏀 Basketball coaching for new coaches
🏀 Learn Officials training for Elementary + Junior High School; Up to including U14 level.
🏀 Community Referee (NOCP 1)
🏀 In-Training (NOCP 1A)
🏀 Trained (NOCP 1B)
🏀 Certified (NOCP 1C)
Each developmental level aims to equip referees with the rules’ knowledge and practical skills to referee at the relevant level of competition. Progress through the levels and phases is achieved through a mixture of theory, training, and practical assessment.
Requirements:
– Attend the entire NOCP Level 1 In-person & On-court training on March 1st at Tsawwassen First Nation.

✨Seeking candidates to apply to become NOCP1 Officials – expenses covered for those selected. Maximum 15 attendees, all fees covered. Lunch provided.✨
