I·SPARC – Fraser Region is pleased to present a Youth Skateboarding Camp for Indigenous youth (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) hosted in partnership with IndigiSkate!

Open to all Indigenous youth (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) in the Fraser Region between the ages of 6-17 years old

Saturday February 12th

11:00AM-2:30PM for Youth Ages 6-12
2:30PM-3:00PM Free Lunch for All Ages
3:00PM-7:00PM for Youth Ages 13-17

You are invited to the Fraser Region’s second official skateboarding camp! This event will feature pro Indigenous skaters such as Chad Dickson, Dustine Monte, and Renee Renee to inspire and mentor participants. Youth will learn the basics of skateboarding as well as some tips and tricks for more advanced athletes. Youth ages 6-12 will have lessons earlier in the day, and youth 13-17 will have their camp in the later half of the event. A free lunch will be provided for all ages from 2:30-3:00PM, but please bring your own water bottle. Please wear comfortable clothing with non-slip shoes. Please bring a skateboard, helmet, and safety gear if you own it, but there will be some on loan if you do not. Pre-registration is required.
