You are invited to a Spirit Lacrosse camp at Tzeachten First Nation! All levels are welcome. Youth will learn the basics of lacrosse as well as some tips and tricks for more advanced athletes. Snacks will be provided, but please bring your own water bottle. Please wear comfortable clothing with non-slip shoes. Please bring lacrosse euipment if you own it, but there will be extra sticks if you do not.
