The Canadian Sport Institute Pacific (CSI Pacific) is seeking to fill up to three positions on its Board of Directors. They are looking for individuals with expertise in Legal/Regulatory, Human Resources, Business Leadership, or Commercial Real Estate/Development to support our strategic direction and governance.
How is the Board of Directors structured?
The Board comprises a minimum of three and a maximum of twelve Directors, who are elected by the Members at a general meeting. At this time, Canadian Sport Institute Pacific is seeking candidates to fill up to three Board positions. All appointments will be for terms of three-years, commencing at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, scheduled for July 10, 2025.

Understanding that the Canadian Sport Institute Pacific Board operates as a strategic policy Board, Directors should possess a majority of the following attributes:
- Knowledge of Sport
- Business Acumen
- Board Experience
- Policy Development
