2023 NAIG Results
After a week of competitions at the Kjipuktuk (Halifax), 2023 North American Indigenous Games (NAIG), Team BC delivered an exceptional performance securing an impressive total of 160 medals (53 gold, 62 silver, 45 bronze) across 14 sports. Throughout the NAIG, Team BC showcased the exceptional talent of Indigenous athletes from across BC. The outstanding performances earned Team BC second place in the overall team standings – just 16 medals behind Team Saskatchewan, and 32 medals ahead of Team Ontario.

2017 NAIG Results
After a week of competitions at the Toronto 2017 North American Indigenous Games (NAIG), Team BC won the Overall Team Title, winning a total of 179 medals (67 gold, 58 Silver, 54 bronze). Team BC won medals in 12 out of the 13 sports in which it competed which put the team in first place, 12 medals ahead of Team Saskatchewan. This is the second time Team BC has won the Overall Team Title (awarded to the team with the highest number of medals won) at the NAIG. In 2014, Team BC won the Overall Team Title as well as the John Fletcher Spirit Award.

- Athletics – A total of 29 medals won: 8 gold, 10 silver, 11 bronze
- Badminton – 2 gold
- Canoe/Kayak – A total of 50 medals won: 20 gold, 9 silver, 21 bronze
- Golf – 1 gold
- Rifle Shooting – A total of 13 medals: 2 gold, 8 silver, 3 bronze
- Swimming – A total of 63 medals won: 26 gold, 24 silver, 13 bronze
- Wrestling – A total of 9 medals won: 3 gold, 3 silver, 3 bronze

2014 NAIG Results
At the 2014 NAIG, Team BC made NAIG history becoming the first contingent in NAIG history to win both the Overall Contingent Title and the John Fletcher Spirit Award (awarded to the contingent that best demonstrates the spirit of teamwork, fair play, respect and integrity throughout NAIG as decided through a voting process).
