TEAM BC BASKETBALL AND NAIG 2023
Team BC is pleased to announce the official Basketball rosters for the 2023 North American Indigenous Games (NAIG) in Halifax, Nova Scotia:
2023 NAIG BASKETBALL EVENT INFORMATION:
EVENT:
The NAIG Basketball competition consists of both male and female team competitions for the 14U (born 2009 & 2010), 16U (born 2007 & 2008) and 19U (born 2004 -2006) age categories.
PARTICIPANTS:
Athletes:
Each Province, Territory and State may enter a maximum of twelve (12) players per age category in both male and female categories.
Coaches:
Each Province, Territory and State may accredit two (2) coaches and one (1) manager per female and male teams. At least one (1) of the above staff must be of the same gender as the participating team.
Canada – NCCP Requirements (All Coaches must have the following coaching certifications)
