National Aboriginal Hockey Championship (NAHC)
The 2026 National Aboriginal Hockey Championships (NAHC) will be hosted in Regina, Saskatchewan. The event will take place May 4-10, 2026, at the at the Co-operators Centre on Treaty 4 territory.
The NAHC is the premier forum for elite U18 Indigenous hockey players (U15 age players are also eligible to compete). It is the only annual national hockey championship that showcases and celebrates the top men’s and women’s Indigenous hockey players from across the country, while fostering cultural unity and pride. Team BC is represented by two teams, a men’s and women’s team, featuring the top eligible hockey players from across the province.
Player Selection Camp
The Team BC Player Selection Camp is being held March 27-29, 2026 in Kamloops, BC at the McArthur Island Sports Centre. Team BC’s coaching staff will evaluate players over the three-day camp and select the top 20 men and top 20 women hockey players to represent BC at the 2026 NAHC in Regina.
The 2026 Registration Fee is $135 per player. Pre-registration is required.
