How soon will my application be reviewed?
Once an application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Grant Manager for completeness. The Grant Manager may follow to clarify aspects of your application. The review panel will assess the application after the intake is closed.
How are these grants Funded?
Applications will be looked at for their fit to the funding criteria, priority will be given to applicants who can serve the highest amount of youth in care. Also, provide pathways for future programming and activities.
How will I receive my grant payment?
Once you have been approved for a grant, we will reach out to request your direct deposit information.

What items will not be considered in an application?
- General operating expenses (staff salaries, office rent, regular promotional or marketing activities)
- Capital expenditures (renovation, construction, computer equipment)
- Deficits incurred from past activities
- Awards
- Re-granting programs
- Political activities
What are the final reporting requirements for an approved grant?
All successful applications will be required to submit a final report. The final report will be provided to all successful applicates upon final confirmation of the grant.
Can I apply for more than one program grant in an intake period?
Organizations may only submit one application per intake.
Can I apply for more than one program in a calendar year?
Organizations may apply for a second intake per calendar year.
Can I save my application if I have not fully completed it? Will the application save?
Organizations you will need to complete the application form in one sitting.
Can I obtain a copy of my application?
Once your application is complete and submitted, you will get a confirmation email with a copy of your application.
